The program contains goals to which the party aspires and their speed of implementation, possibilities and durability depend on the economic and political situation of the country. In many places are used abbreviations and the exact development of each postulate will appear in the subsequent editions of the Liberte!.
POLICY PROGRAM OF
GREAT LIBERAL ALIANCE
I - INTERNAL POLICY:
1. Government of the Republic of Liberland:
The Great Liberal Aliance assumes the constitution of the Liberland state in the form of a presidential republic, with the possibility of introducing a dictatorship in exceptional situations contained in the Constitution.
2. Taxes:
2.1. Tax rate:
The Great Liberal Aliance advocates the introduction and maintenance of a tax rate of 5%.
2.2. Taxes on betting:
The Great Liberal Aliance is in favor of a 10% tax on betting.
2.3. Market tax:
The Great Liberal Aliance is in favor of the current market Tax (0%).
3. Size of the Liberland Parliament:
The Great Liberal Aliance favors the 60 person sized parlament. At present, it is the only rational size of the parliament, given the number of regions that make up the Liberland and the number of citizens.
4. Liberland borders:
4.1. Until the stable political and economic situation of the country and obtaining the appropriate military power of the country are achieved, the borders of Liberland should remain closed.
4.2. Work as non-resident in region should be allowed.
5. State budget:
5.1. The budget of the State of Liberland should mostly be covered by voluntary donations of citizens and taxes should play a secondary role.
5.2. Economic Council:
In the future, we plan to establish a Council that will manage the state budget and help finance state development.
6. The Liberland economy:
The Great Liberal Aliance believes that the entire economy should focus mainly on the contributions of citizens investing in particular regions.
The main pillar of development should be the best-developed enterprises that the state should promote and support.
7. Liberland Army:
The party believes that it is the duty of each party to have military coordinators who will sit in the national security council.
8. Capital of Liberland:
In this matter, the Great Liberal Aliance Party has no unambiguous opinion, because it gives each member a personal judgment.
9. Goverment-citizen relationship:
All the most important decisions should be made by citizens in a public and secret referendum.
Every citizen has the right to a citizens' initiative and his voice should not be ignored. Such a citizen should take precedence and supervise his or her initiative.
In the first place is the good of citizens, then the state.
We want the state to establish institutions such as public courts, embassies and informers for each of the existing and future state institutions.
10. Constitution of Liberland:
The Great Liberal Aliance wishes to establish a constitution that would guarantee citizens' rights and obligations as well as state stability. This constitution would have the right to exist only in the case of 60% support of the parliament and the government, as well as 70% support of the population (percentage taken from the number of voters).
The constitution would define the scope of competence of the government, parliament, state institutions and the rights and duties of each citizen.
II - FOREIGN POLICY
1. Republic of Liberland, Africa and Europe:
We believe that Liberland is currently too weak to be able to do anything internationally, so we should focus on looking for some allies from Africa and Europe who will be able to help us in the event of a war.
At the same time, we want to see Liberland as the leader on the continent and be a country that sets standards for economic and military activities.
2. Alliances and military pacts:
Due to insignificant information about the current arrangement, the party has not yet developed an opinion on the current geopolitical bloc in which it is located.
Liberland should maintain a lasting alliance with the Polish State.
3. Relation to migration agreements:
Migrant consents should only be concluded with countries that can actually support the national economy. And on the way of exceptional situations such as wars or army marches.
4. Relationship to armed conflicts:
The Liberand state in armed operations should be guided by reason. The enlargement of borders should take place only in a situation of cooperation in a geopolitical block, and new regions should be maintained only in a favorable situation for the republic, while in others they should be sold.
5. Space policy:
The Great Liberal Aliance party intends to focus on the development of Liberland, but is open to acquiring new regions on the moon, unless it disturbs the situation of the country on Earth

I - POLITYKA WEWNĘTRZNA:
1. Ustrój Republic of Liberland:
W założeniu partii Great Liberal Aliance jest ustrój państwa Liberland w formie republiki prezydenckiej, z możliwością wprowadzenia dyktatury w wyjątkowych sytuacjach zawartych w Konstytucji.
2. Podatki:
2.1. Stopa podatkowa:
Great Liberal Aliance opowiada się za wprowadzeniem i utrzymaniem stopy podatkowej na poziomie 5%.
2.2. Podatki od zakładów:
Great Liberal Aliance opowiada się za wysokością podatku od zakładów na poziomie 10%.
2.3. Podatek rynkowy:
Great Liberal Aliance opowiada się za brakiem podatku rynkowego (0%).
3. Rozmiar Parlamentu Liberland:
Great Liberal Aliance e opowiada się za Parlamentem Liberland w liczbie: 60. W chwili obecnej jest jedyny racjonalny rozmiar parlamentu, biorąc pod uwagę liczbę regionów wchodzących w skład Państwa Liberland oraz liczbę obywateli.
4. Granice Liberland:
4.1. Do czasu uzyskania stabilnej sytuacji politycznej oraz ekonomicznej kraju oraz uzyskania odpowiedniej siły militarnej państwa granice Liberland powinny pozostać zamknięte.
4.2. Praca w regionie bez zamieszkania powinna być dozwolona.
5. Budżet państwa:
5.1. Budżet Państwa Liberland powinien być w większości pokrywany z dobrowolnych datków obywateli a podatki powinny pełnić rolę drugorzędną.
5.2. Rada Gospodarcza:
W przyszłości planujemy powstanie Rady, która będzie zarządzała budżetem państwa oraz pomagała w finansowaniu rozwoju państwa.
6. Gospodarka Liberland:
Great Liberal Aliance uważa, iż cała gospodarka powinna skupiać się głównie na wpłatach obywateli inwestujących w poszczególne regiony.
Głównym filarem rozwoju powinny być najlepiej rozwinięte przedsiębiorstwa które państwo powinno promować i wspierać.
7. Siły Zbrojne Liberland:
Partia uważa, że obowiązkiem każdej partii jest posiadanie koordynatorów wojskowych, którzy będą zasiadać w krajowej radzie bezpieczeństwa.
8. Stolica Liberland:
W tej kwestii Partia Great Liberal Aliance nie ma jednoznacznego zdania, gdyż oddaje to pod osobisty osąd każdego z członków.
9. Stosunek władza – obywatel:
Wszystkie najważniejsze decyzje powinny być podejmowane przez obywateli w ogólnodostępnym i tajnym referendum.
Każdy obywatel ma prawo do inicjatywy obywatelskiej i jego głos nie powinien być ignorowany. Obywatel taki powinien mieć pierwszeństwo oraz nadzór nad swoją inicjatywą.
Na pierwszym miejscu stawiane jest dobro obywateli, następnie Państwa.
Chcemy aby w państwie powstały takie instytucje jak publiczne sądy, ambasady oraz informatory do każdej z już istniejących oraz do przyszłych instytucji państwowych.
10. Konstytucja Liberland:
Great Liberal Aliance pragnie ustanowić konstytucję, która byłaby gwarantem praw i obowiązków obywateli jak i stabilności państwowej. Konstytucja ta prawo istnienia miałaby tylko w przypadku 60% poparcia parlamentu oraz rządu jak i 70% poparcia ludności (procent brany z liczby głosujących).
Konstytucja określałaby zakres kompetencji rządu, parlamentu, instytucji państwowych oraz prawa i obowiązki każdego obywatela.
II - POLITYKA ZAGRANICZNA
1. Republic of Liberland, Afryka i Europa:
Uważamy, że obecnie Liberland jest za słaby aby móc cokolwiek zdziałać na arenie międzynarodowej dlatego należy skupić się nad szukaniem pewnych sojuszników z terenów Afryki i Europy, którzy będą w stanie udzielić nam pomocy w wypadku wojny.
Równocześnie chcemy aby to w drodze rozwoju Liberland zajął miejsce lidera na kontynencie i był krajem który wyznacza standardy działań gospodarczych i militarnych.
2. Sojusze i pakty wojskowe:
Z powodu znikomych informacjami o obecnym układzie, partia nie ma jeszcze wypracowanego zdania co do obecnego bloku geopolitycznego w którym się znajduje. Liberland zamierza natomiast ubiegać się o miejsce w Unii Europejskiej.
3. Stosunek do porozumień migracyjnych:
Zgody migracyjne powinny być zawierane tylko z krajami które rzeczywiście mogą wspomóc krajową gospodarkę. Oraz na drodze wyjątkowych sytuacji takich jak wojny, czy przemarsze wojsk.
4. Stosunek do konfliktów zbrojnych:
Państwo Liberand w działaniach zbrojnych powinno kierować się rozsądkiem. Poszerzanie granic powinno odbywać się tylko w sytuacji współdziałania w bloku geopolitycznym, a nowe regiony utrzymywane powinny być tylko w korzystnej dla republiki sytuacji, w innych zaś powinny być sprzedawane.
5. Polityka kosmiczna:
Partia Great Liberal Aliance zamierza się skupić na rozwoju Liberland, jednak jest otwarta na zdobywanie nowych regionów na księżycu o ile nie zaburzy to sytuacji kraju na Ziemii.
